1. 일정 및 등록 안내
1.1 일정
ㆍ총 일정은 5월 13일(목) 저녁부터 5월 15일(토) 오후까지 2박 3일 입니다.
ㆍ식사는 5월 13일 저녁부터 5월 15일 점심까지 (총 6 번) 제공됩니다.
1.2 등록
ㆍ5월 13일 16시부터 호텔 로비에 마련된 장소에서 등록하실 수 있습니다.
ㆍ등록시 협회 연회비 납부를 반드시 확인하시고, 영수증을 수령하시기 바랍니다.
연회비를 내지 않으신 회원은 등록 당일 연회비를 납부하셔야 합니다.
- 석사과정 이하 : 10 유로
- 박사과정 및 박사 후 과정: 20 유로
- 일반회원: 40 유로
- 가족회원: 60 유로 (한 가족내 2인 이상의 회원이 있는 경우)
ㆍ연회비를 납부하지 않으시면 총회, 가족 여행, 숙박 등에 참석하실 수 없습니다.
ㆍ회원 및 직계가족은 연회비 이외의 숙식비 부담은 없습니다.
1.3 기타
ㆍ항상 본인의 명찰을 착용해주시기 바랍니다.
ㆍ대회중 관광이 계획 중이며, 관광 일정은 행사 당일 통보 해드리겠습니다.
ㆍ무선 인터넷, 유료 TV 등은 본인 부담입니다.
ㆍ호텔내에서는 항상 조용히 이동하시고, 질서를 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
ㆍ객실내 물품을 소중히 여기시고, 퇴실시는 최소한의 정리를 부탁드립니다.
ㆍ도난, 분실 및 각종 안전사고 발생시 본 협회는 그 책임을 지지 않습니다.

ㆍ발표용 PPT또는 PDF 파일을 4월 20까지 executive@ascof.org로 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
ㆍ제출된 모든 자료는 학술대회 당일 책자로 묶어 배포될 예정입니다.
ㆍ발표 시간은 20분 입니다 (15분 발표 5분 질문). 시간을 엄수해주시기 바랍니다.
ㆍ접수된 발표 희망자 수에 따라 포스터 세션이 실시될 수도 있습니다.
ㆍ발표하는 재불과협 회원들께는 50유로의 원고료가 지급될 예정입니다.
ㆍ발표된 내용을 심사하여 다양한 부상과 함께 시상이 있을 예정입니다.

▣ Schedule and registration
ㆍThe accommodation will be offered for 13-15 May (two nights),
and the meal will be offered from dinner of 13 May to lunch of 15 May (six meals).
ㆍTour will be also offered during the conference.
ㆍDetail information will be provided in-situ.
ㆍRegistration will be started from 4pm at the hotel lobby. Members are invited
to pay annual fee in order to be granted all benefits including accommodation,
meal and family tour.
ㆍThe annual fee for the members is:
10Euro for graduated and under-grade students
20Euro for PhD students and post-doctorates
40Euro for normal members
60Euro for family members (more than one member in one family)
ㆍPlease always wear your badge.
ㆍPlease be quite in the hotel and follow the public order.
ㆍPlease arrange your room when checking out.
ㆍBeware of robbery, keep your luggage and maintain the security.
ㆍThe association does not have any personal responsibility.

to executive@ascof.org before 20 April. The materials will be provided as a booklet.
ㆍPlease keep the presentation time (20 minutes including 5 minutes of question)
ㆍA poster session will be organized if needed.
ㆍFor oral and poster presentation, 50Euro of grant will be given for the speakers
and award is also planned.
